Are you Denmark’s next space architect? Come join us as we explore space and build architecture for the Moon with LEGO® bricks.

Come inside and build moon architecture with LEGO® bricks when Danish Architecture Center and LEGO Build the Change invite children and families to LEGO workshops during winter break in the third week of February.

You’ll have to think in a WHOLE new way. How do you survive in space where there’s no water or oxygen? It will take a lot of imagination and the courage to think big to survive on the Moon.

SO, if you just love LEGO bricks and want to try building a home that’s fit for the Moon… then sign up here.

A DAC host will kick off the workshop with great tips for building on the Moon and help with special LEGO building techniques along the way.

Win a LEGO prize

Share your moon home with #DanskArkitekturCenter and #LEGOBuildtheChange, and enter a drawing to win three cool LEGO kits.

A Space Saga

Before and after the LEGO workshop, you’ll get the chance to explore DAC's new exhibit, A Space Saga, and learn all about moon architecture. There you can crawl inside a real moon habitat that the experts at SAGA Space Architects spent 60 days testing on Greenland in extreme freezing temperatures. Take a dive into the many challenges of Moon life, and test whether you’re ready to live on the Moon.

Both children and adults must have a ticket to the workshop. The event is free with paid DAC admission. Workshop duration: 75 min
