The climate crisis, resource consumption, and loss of biodiversity are forcing us to rethink how we build and live. The construction industry is one of the biggest contributors to climate change—but architecture can also be part of the solution. How can we design a more sustainable future? And what will it take to reshape Denmark?

These questions are explored by four Danish architecture studios—Hahn Lavsen, Atelier for Byers Rum, Os Arkitekter, and DETBLÅ—in a series of short films imagining Denmark in 2050.
