Our Urban Living Room

The exhibition Our Urban Living Room invites visitors to experience the architecture of the influential Copenhagen-based architecture studio COBE. COBE is behind projects such as Nørreport Station, Israels Square and the urban development of Copenhagen’s Northern Harbor. The exhibition was originally developed by COBE and DAC. In 2016, it was exhibited at DAC with great success and very positive reviews. It has now moved to Helsinki where you can experience it at Laituri.

In 2018, Danish-born architect Jørn Utzon would have turned 100. We will be celebrating with an exhibition showcasing how Utzon’s encounters with cultures well beyond Denmark’s borders colored his view of architecture and paved the way for some of his most iconic buildings.
