A Walk Through Time: Explore Copenhagen’s Architecture

Every day, 1 pm – 2.15 pm

This 75-minute walking tour explores some of Copenhagen’s most iconic historic and contemporary architectural landmarks.

Our expert DAC guides explore how and why Danish architecture has changed over time. We’ll see the brightly colored buildings of 17th century Nyhavn, elegant mid-20th century designs by Arne Jacobson and other Danish modernists, and the city’s newest 21st century landmark – BLOX – home of Danish Architecture Center.

BLOX tour

The BLOX story

Saturdays and Sundays, 3 pm – 4 pm

Explore BLOX, the new home of Danish Architecture Center and Copenhagen’s new architectural landmark. On this guided tour, you will hear the visionary thoughts behind the project and experience how BLOX is more than just a building. It is a pulsating city in itself.
