Copenhagen Solutions at IFHP-Conference: Copenhagen’s 2025 CO2-neutral goal in London
Exhibition
Jun 8 - Jun 11, 2013
The Copenhagen Solutions traveling exhibition was shown at University College London during the IFHP conference in 2013, presenting Copenhagen’s goal of becoming the world’s first CO2-neutral capital by 2025.

Copenhagen Solutions
The partnership between the City of Copenhagen, the Danish Architecture Center and Realdania, showed a wide range of initiatives and projects which are helping to transform Copenhagen.
The capital is already well on its way to its target. The projects are evidence of this, and include: the revitalisation of former industrial areas and the development of new urban districts with innovative architecture, sustainable heating, and a well-integrated transport system.
By demonstrating sustainable solutions in Copenhagen, the exhibition served as inspiration for other cities.

IFHP 2013 was also a celebration of its 100th anniversary. The conference, entitled A Tomorrow for Cities, was all about the future of cities. Cities must be able to adapt to change, in terms of both environmental and economic issues.
The conference looked at the effects of governments and urban planning on our cities. Copenhagen Solutions’ mission is to spotlight Copenhagen’s and Denmark’s sustainable system solutions for cities.
The conference took place at University College, London from 8 – 11 June 2013.
