Exhibition Opening: This is Not a Forest
As part of 3daysofdesign, DAC is opening a sensory installation that traces the journey of wood. Join us for a forest outing with cider and popcorn at the opening!
Location
Bryghuspladsen 10, 1473 København K

During 3daysofdesign, you can experience a spatial installation that follows the journey of wood. From the raw tree trunk on Bryghuspladsen to the green, freshly felled wood on the staircase, and onward to processed material and a digital forest in DAC’s Welcome area and Havnepassagen.
The installation has been developed by the Copenhagen-based design and architecture studio Archival in collaboration with Dinesen Lab and the Danish Architecture Center, and can be experienced free of charge during 3daysofdesign.
At the opening, we will be serving cider and popcorn, alongside a talk on how to design with the senses in mind – including the sense of smell.
