Join us when Architects not Architecture (AnA) comes to the Danish Architecture Center with three leading voices from the international architecture scene: Gabriela Carrillo, Helle Søholt, and Greta Tiedje.

Through personal stories and reflections, the architects will share the experiences, people, and defining moments that have shaped their lives and creative journeys. The focus is not on buildings or projects, but on the individuals behind the architecture.

Gabriela Carrillo is the founder of Taller Gabriela Carrillo in Mexico City and one of Mexico’s most acclaimed architects. Her work is rooted in social, cultural, and environmental sensitivity and has earned international recognition, including the Royal Academy Dorfman Award (2023) and the OBEL Award (2024).

Helle Søholt is Founding Partner and Chairman of the Board at Gehl. Since co-founding the practice with Jan Gehl in 2000, she has helped shape Gehl into a global leader in urban design and urban development, working to create more livable and sustainable cities worldwide.

Greta Tiedje is Global Design Director at Henning Larsen, where she leads the studio's global design vision and creative direction across international projects. With more than 15 years of experience, she works across architecture, landscape, urban design, and interiors, with a focus on context, social impact, and spatial innovation. Her design approach is rooted in creating architecture that builds on the unique qualities of each place, balancing existing conditions with new possibilities while connecting people, nature, and the built environment. Greta Tiedje studied at the Royal Danish Academy and the Berlin University of the Arts and has also taught at the Royal Danish Academy.
