We're renovating!

We’re currently renovating the cloakroom at DAC to improve your experience as a guest. During the renovation, there will be changes to the cloakroom and elevator access. Below, you’ll find an overview and practical information for your visit.

In short

Period: January 26 – approx. February 16

Cloakroom: Temporarily moved to the Welcome ticket counter in DAC’s foyer.

Elevator: Temporarily limited access to the elevator at Level -2 entrance/exit.

Assistance: Our staff are ready to help guide you around.

The Cloakroom – How It Works During the Renovation

    During the renovation, the cloakroom is relocated to our foyer, next to the Welcome ticket counter.

    • Coat racks are available for jackets and coats.
    • Suitcases will be stored behind the ticket desk.
    • Small bags and backpacks may be brought with you around the building.
    • The cloakroom is used at your own risk, but our staff keep a close watch.

Elevator and Accessibility

    During the renovation, access to the elevator from the Level -2 entrance/exit is temporarily limited for part of the period.

    • The stairs will remain open throughout the period.
    • Guests who need elevator access will be assisted by a DAC staff member.
    • Ask a staff member – or call 21 89 30 57, and we’ll help you further.

    We provide clear signage and are here to help all guests navigate the building.

    This renovation is part of ongoing maintenance, but also a step towards improving the overall experience for our guests.
