Capture Your City 2019: Change in the City
Exhibition
Jun 7 - Aug 30, 2019
Capture Your City 2019: Change in the City presented 110 jury-selected images of urban change from 3,000+ submissions. One part stayed at Bryghuspladsen for the full period, while a sister exhibition moved between six city squares.

How does it look when our cities change? You could see what the Danes thought in the photo exhibition Capture Your City. Here you could explore how our cities are full of quirky details, new urban spaces and beautiful architecture. Also in places where we don’t always pay attention.
The 2019 theme is Change in the City. Our cities change every day. And it happens fast. We adapt to climate changes, design buildings which reach towards the sky and transform old into new. But how does it all look? And are changes in the city always for the better?
Throughout Spring, thousands of architectural photographers, photo geeks and students from all over Denmark had given us their suggestions. And a professional jury chose the 110 best photos to be exhibited.
The exhibition itself became part of Copenhagen’s city life as parts of it would travel from city square to city square over the Summer.
