Primary and Lower Secondary Schools
The Danish Architecture Center offers programs for primary and lower secondary schools that inspire students to see the architecture around them with new eyes.
Our educational programs take place on city walks, in our Educatorium, and in our exhibitions.
The programs combine short presentations, dialogue, and creative exercises that give students tools and language to explore issues directly related to the world around them. We work with themes such as sustainability, democracy, and community, and explore the architect’s toolbox to see how architecture can contribute to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
The teaching supports current school curricula in a playful and engaging way.
