Strandgade
For more than 30 years, the Danish Architecture Center has had its home in an old warehouse on Copenhagen’s waterfront. And if the 200-year-old wooden pillars could speak, they would tell stories about dockers’ hard work and extraordinary moments and exiting collaborations in the sector and cultural industry over the years. Therefore, it is with a bit of sadness that we soon say goodbye and thanks to the government for having us in this beautiful historic warehouse in Strandgade. However, Strandgade is not closed yet. Conference is open until May 31st.
Meanwhile, we can hardly wait any longer to open the doors to visitors in the new DAC in BLOX. BLOX opens for sneak peek May 6th, and DAC in BLOX and the exhibition Welcome Home open May 7th.
