Good to know when you visit DAC with children

Architecture is for kids too! On weekends and holidays, we invite you and your kids to family workshops in the Educatorium.

You can build, draw, and have a good time. Try our VR-glasses or get your pulse up on our outdoor playground. End your day of fun with family-friendly food in the DAC Café.

Baby carriages and strollers are permitted in DAC. There are elevators on every level with the exception of the Stairway Gallery parallel to the DAC Slide.

Create plant prints of urban flowers and green streets with seed bombs

Weekends 11-16

We need nature – even in our cities. Come by DAC’s Educatorium where we investigate nature surrounding us and make the city a greener place. Make a print of plants from the local area or roll seed bombs so you can spread the message and some flowers in Copenhagen!

Exhibitions

So Danish! udstilling om dansk arkitektur

So Danish!

The exhibition unfolds the history of Danish architecture from the Viking Age to present day and gives you the opportunity to travel into the architecture and understand how absolutely vital it is to our democratic society.

Copenhagen in Common

DAC’s big summer exhibition is about what we have in common – namely architecture. It is what frames our lives. A safe place to move about. In the exhibition What We Have in Common, we present a wide range of Danish architects who are designing Denmark now and in the future.
