We will deduct the payment when we send your tickets.
You scan your ticket on arrival at the Danish Architecture Center or wherever the event is held. Tickets are valid until the date indicated on the ticket.
Your club membership card will be activated on the date selected during the purchase and is valid for one year from the selected date. The agreement will automatically expire after one year. The agreement cannot be terminated during its period of validity. You can have your membership card digitally on your mobile phone either in the DAC App or in Apple Wallet or pick up a physical club membership card the first time you visit after making your purchase. Membership cards must be presented to access DAC or to attend club member events. As a club member you will receive service email messages about new benefits for club members or the expiry of the card.
A club membership card is personal and may not be used by anyone other than the club member whose name is on the card. Therefore, the card may not be lent or given to others. If the card is used by persons other than the person whose name is on the card, the card may be revoked and entrance fees may be required.
If DAC is shut down as a result of a government order, the club membership card will automatically be extended by the number of days that we were closed. The club member will then receive an email with information about the new expiration date.
You can get a 10% discount on purchases at the DAC Design Shop and DAC Café by presenting your card. You can also purchase special club tickets available for purchase and use exclusively by club members with a valid membership card at a special discounted price. You can buy as many club tickets for the exhibition as your membership card allows. In other words, if you have a +1 membership card, you can purchase two club tickets for a guided tour. If you purchase more club tickets you’re your card allows entrance fee may be required. Your discounted purchases in the Design Shop and Café are registered for the sake of purchase analysis. The information is not disclosed to third parties.
DAC gift cards are valid for two years. Any residual value can be redeemed for cash up to one year after expiration of the gift card by visiting Danish Architecture Center in person.
