Terms and Conditions for DAC’s competition during feedback submission
The competition is ongoing. Every month, a winner of a Club Card+1 for the Danish Architecture Center (DAC) will be selected.
The winner will be randomly chosen from all those who have completed our feedback questionnaire, either on an iPad stand at DAC or via the link sent out the day after the visit, if tickets were purchased online.
To participate, it is required to fill out the email address field at the end of the feedback questionnaire. The email address will be used solely to contact the winner.
The winner will receive direct notification via email and will be asked to provide DAC with their name and address so that the prize can be sent to their home address. This information will only be used for prize distribution, and DAC will never sell or disclose your information to third parties. DAC only uses participant information to contact the winners and disposes of participant information once the competition is concluded. Participation in the competition does not require a purchase.
DAC is not responsible for any incorrectly distributed prizes resulting from fraud. DAC reserves the right to periodically review the rules and may change them if deemed necessary. DAC is not responsible for alerting about any errors or omissions. DAC covers all prize-related fees. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. Any transportation to and from DAC is not included in the prize. Should a person incur a tax liability, or a liability related to social benefits as a result of the prizes, DAC disclaims any responsibility in this regard. DAC reserves the right to block/delete content and images that violate third-party rights and to terminate the competition without notice. In case of suspected fraud, DAC reserves the right to exclude users without notice. By participating in the competition, you automatically accept these competition terms and conditions.
