Get a unique look into BIG’s version of a modular home on a large scale – the brand new Kaktus Towers. Experience the residents’ lounge areas and visit one of the apartments with tailor-made solutions and a unique view of the city and water.

The two towers of 60 and 80 meters at Dybbøls Bro rise significantly in the landscape and become part of Copenhagen’s answer to New York’s Highline park – a green, elevated and publicly accessible park landscape that stretches all the way from Kaktus Towers to SEB Bank’s head office.
The towers are built around a central core but get their complex and sculptural expression as the facade turns at each level.

Many common areas

The towers contain a total of 495 apartments of 33 and 53 m2, but also offers a multitude of private common areas – such as an outdoor kitchen, barbecue area, laundry, co-working rooms and a party room where residents can cherish the social gatherings in the towers. In addition, BIG has envisioned a base with café life, an indoor and outdoor gym and public living areas that will bring life to the area.

Experience one of Copenhagen’s newest housing developments

Now you have a unique opportunity to enter both towers and experience the architects’ visions for yourself. Visit two different apartments, each with their own tailor-made solutions, and experience the unique spaces created by the towers’ facade changes.
