So Danish!
Denmark’s national gallery of architecture
So Danish! is Danish Architecture Center’s first permanent exhibition on Danish architecture. The exhibition unfolds the history of Danish architecture from the Viking Age to present day and gives you the opportunity to travel into the architecture and understand how absolutely vital it is to our democratic society.
Free guest in January
Do you have a DAC Club membership? Then you can bring a free guest to DAC throughout January. The offer is valid on all weekdays from Monday to Friday during the entire opening hours. The number of guests depends on your membership:
- DAC Membership: 1 guest
- DAC Membership +1: 2 guests
- DAC Membership +4: 5 guests
The offer applies to exhibition entry.
Winter Holiday
February is winter break time and fastelavn season (Shrovetide) and in week 7 and 8 (February 10–25), you can enjoy an exciting program of activities in DAC. Explore the thought-provoking exhibition Water is Coming and bring the children to So Danish! to learn how Danish architecture has evolved from the Viking Age to today. Kids can also come play in our LEGO Workshop or try their decorating skills in our fastelavn workshop, where we’ll be making classic Danish fastelavnsris.
